On May 15, Las Colinas Elementary will host an Open House event to celebrate the completion of their new campus building. The construction of the building was funded through the 2003 Bond Referendum. The old campus building will be razed during the summer, with fall 2014 classes being held in the new campus building at 2200 Kinwest Parkway, Irving, TX. For parking purposes, guests are asked to visit at specific times according to their last names. Last names beginning with letters A-M are invited to celebrate at 6 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Guests with last names beginning with letters N-Z are invited to celebrate 7 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
