Newman Smith Dance Students Excel at DEAL
14 Newman Smith HS Dance 1 students participated in the Dance Educator’s Assessment of Learning (DEAL) on March 7th, 2017. The goal of DEAL is to provide dance students the opportunity to be evaluated and recognized for their commitment to learning proper dance technique, terminology and performance skills. Smith dancers excelled at the assessment, receiving the highest possible rating. These students did an amazing job representing Newman Smith HS Dance Department. They’re an excellent showcase of the rigor and high achievement of Fine Arts in CFBISD. Congratulations Newman Smith Dance students!
