Senior Adam Macias made it official this week, becoming the first Ranchview swimmer to sign an athletic scholarship in eight years. Adam will be attending Adams State University in Colorado on a NCAA Division II scholarship, reported to be worth from $6,000-$10,000 over the four year term. Adam drew the attention of the coaches when he broke one individual school record in the 100 Butterfly and by being a part of three record-breaking relays. He also was the only Wolf to earn All-Region status by placing in the top 8 at the Regional Championship. We wish Adam the best as he continues to compete at a high collegiate level, with goals of qualifying for the 2016 Olympic Trials!
