Track:
District Track Meet at Irving Schools Stadium
Girls: Jazmine Williams is the shot put district champion and received second in a close discus competition. She will compete in the area track meet next week. Michelle Dalton received 3rd place in the high jump, 100 meter hurdles, AND 300 meter hurdles. She will compete in all 3 next week in the area track meet. Great job ladies!
Boys: Lonnie Bolden 1st Place Triple Jump, Tristan Davis 3rd Place High Jump, Fernando Orellana 3rd Place 1600. The rest of the boys did a great job representing R.L. Turner. These 3 will be going on to Area next week.
Golf:
District Tournament at Bear Creek Golf Course:
Laura Gerencser finished 3rd at the two day district golf tournament, one place out of qualifying for regionals.
