For several years, we have used an outside research firm which analyzes and ranks all school districts in Texas. The group is called the Education Resource Group (ERG). They are an impartial group that tracks the academic and financial progress of public school districts. ERG just released rankings for the 2011-2012 school year. Through the hard work of Team C-FB, we have jumped 10 spots from 17 to 7. C-FB is now ranked 7th out the largest 200 school districts in Texas for academic achievement. The 200 largest school districts in Texas educate more than 80% of the students in Texas.
