CFB Jumps in Teacher Pay Ranking
With the Board-approved raises over the last two years, CFB has jumped teacher pay for current and new teachers. For the 2017-2018 school year, the Board of Trustees approved a 4% raise for teachers and auxiliary staff and a 3% raise for professional/administrators (PA 4 and above). One of our District priorities is to attract and retain the very best staff. Competitive pay is an important aspect of recruiting and retaining staff members.
Between the 2016-17 and 2017-18 school year, CFB jumped from the bottom of the comparative new teacher salary list to the top of the list.
